Environmental protection improvement of concrete mixing plant

The mixing station has the characteristics of high noise, large dust, production waste and waste water discharge in the construction of the project. The manufacturer of the mixing station has made improvements.

1 noise control improvement

Noise is mainly production noise and vehicle noise. In view of the improvement of production noise, when designing the mixing plant, the closed structure is selected to maximize the noise control in the production workshop. For example, the air compressor can be specially built to close the air compression chamber. Add a damping pad device at the sensational part to reduce the noise source. For vehicle noise, natural gas vehicles can be selected and fences in the station can be added to reduce vehicle noise output.

2. Dust reduction improvement: dust removal improvement measures for fly ash, cement, mineral powder in concrete mixing plant and dust in the station. 1. Stockyard and aggregate transportation and sealing installation in backstage stockyard. 2. Dust collector shall be added at the point where dust is easy to come out in the station. 3. Since the backstage stockyard is half closed, water curtain dust reduction equipment can be installed at the entrance and upper part of the stockyard when a dust collector is installed. High pressure spraying equipment can be installed in the station to clean up the dust in the mixing station on time.

3 waste treatment improvement waste is mainly divided into residual waste and sedimentary waste. These wastes can be filtered and classified as additives, which can be reasonably used in the production of concrete with different specifications and grades. It will not affect the concrete quality, and also completes the problem of solid waste treatment in the mixing station.

4 sewage treatment improvement

Sewage is mainly divided into cleaning sewage and natural rainwater. It can be collected by classification, and after reasonable sewage treatment, it can be directly supplied to production and operation, vehicle and main station cleaning. Complete the recycling of sewage and the zero discharge production policy of sewage in the mixing station. In this way, the environmental protection problems of the mixing plant will be handled.
