1. Improper quality control of raw materials and inadequate quality control of raw materials will cause overspending of coarse aggregate. If the water content of river sand is too large and forms a mass, it is easy to cause overspending of measurement. If the river sand is dry, it will slip at a uniform speed and the measurement is relatively accurate.

2. The feeding diameter is too large, and the feeding diameter from the lower hopper of the batching machine to the metering scale is large, which is easy to feed too much and lead to overspending of metering.

3. The function of the control system is not powerful. The original control system using a blanking door to control the ingredients has a large difference in ingredients.

4. The batching machine with inadequate maintenance and lack of smooth cylinder will slow down the opening and closing speed of hopper door.

5. The gas and water in the pipe are not separated. During construction in winter, the low temperature causes the water vapor in the gas pipe to condense when it is cold, resulting in lack of air pressure in the pipe or blocked pipeline, resulting in the slow operation of the whole system.

6. The powder conveying screw is too large, and the powder conveying screw is too large, so there is no way to accurately control the adoption amount of powder, resulting in too small or too large powder conveying, resulting in overspending of powder.

7. The lack of power of the solenoid valve at the discharge port will directly affect the opening and closing speed of the valve at the discharge port, resulting in large discharge errors.
