Why we do not recommend entering more materials at one time? Because we need space for our mixing work, if too much material is fed, it is not conducive to the full mixing between the various parts of the material. So sometimes customers buy back the forced mixer, do not look at the mixing cylinder so large, it is reckless to increase the material into it, once increased too much, it is easy to lead to mixing quality reduced, please customers strictly control the mixing volume.

 

Second is the mixing time of the forced mixer, we all know that from the raw materials into the mixing cylinder, until the discharge, which the mixing cycle for the forced mixer mixing time. We generally call the minimum time that can meet the engineering performance of concrete as the minimum mixing time. This time, customers know better than our manufacturer, different formulas, different mixers, and only through mixing experiments, can we reach a reliable conclusion.
