Safety operation of JDC350 mixer

JDC350 concrete mixer is a kind of multi-functional new-type mixing machine. The machine can not only stir, plasticity and harsh concrete, liquidity and mixing all kinds of mortar and lightweight aggregate concrete.

1. The concrete mixer should be installed on flat ground and Should have good drainage ditches around.

2. Stationary mechanical should have reliable basis. Mobile machinery is  on the smooth hard floor with wood or stretcher frame, and maintain a level.

3. When the temperature dropped below 5 ℃, pipes, pumps, machines and all freeze protection measures should be taken.

4. Run idle, check the mixing tube or mixing blade rotation direction, the working device of braking, confirm the normal operation, before operation.

5. After operation, should be timely to machines, thick material, water tank, the pipe is put, and cleaning and maintenance machinery, cleaning work place, to cut off the power supply, lock the switch box.
