1. Check concrete mixer wire rope, and smudge little butter in its surface, after wire rope wear to a certain degree, should be replaced;
2. Check the oil surface of concrete mixer reducer box, concentrated pump oil volume, if necessary, raises replaced oil;
3. Concrete mixer water system should be kept clean, so as not to blocking, check and clean the suction valve; check concrete mixer travel switch shake arm is loose, if has loose, make the necessary adjustment ;
4. Check the concrete mixer blade, arm attachment bolts were loose, adjust the gap between blade and cylinder wall, the largest gap of concrete mixer is 5mm, if it is too big, need to tighten.
