In the concrete mixing station, batching concretes is one of the most important works. Because the ingredients are usually decides the quality of engineering problems. So, what issues should pay attention to about ingredients work in the concrete mixing plant?
In use process should pay attention to ingredients calibration work of the unit.For the same batching machine, different specifications of the aggregate and the material of the opening of the door has a different calibration coefficient. Therefore, in the replacement of aggregate size and adjusting the door opening, operators must recalibrate corresponding to the batching machine calibration coefficient. Especially at the beginning of use, pay more attention to ingredients machine calibration work.
Ingredients of concrete mixing station unit often should maintain the same aggregate in the batching machine specifications. Aggregate sizes of inconsistent will not only affect the volatility of mixture gradation, but also seriously affect the performance of the mixture.
Concrete mixing plant should be equipped with three skilled staff when it works normally. One person is responsible for the operation of the whole equipment operation in the console room, the other two for equipment running status, distribution of the material and the condition of feeding patrol work.
