There are many matters operators should know during JS concrete mixer debugging. JS series concrete mixer includes: JS500/JS750/JS1000/JS1500/JS200/JS3000/JS4000. JS500 concrete mixer and JS 750 concrete mixer are the widely used oversea.

1. Check whether the reducer and the lubricating oil lubrication part is good enough.
2. Check the power supply voltage, rated voltage 380 v, error is less than 10%.
3. Check motor and the components of electrical wiring. Distribution box shell must be reliable grounding.
4. Start mixing motor, two half shaft rotation direction should be consistent with panels indicate direction. If the direction is wrong, change the power supply wiring.
5. Start lifting motor to lifting the hopper. when the hopper is on the discharge position, stop ping automatically and the hopper door open automatically.
6. Start discharging mechanism, discharging door open and close should be accurate.
7. Determine water supply according to the ratio of the concrete, and adjust the time relay to the corresponding water supply time. Start mixing motor running.
8. Close the discharging door, join the mixture in hopper, lifting the hopper.
9. In the process of the above-mentioned test run, if discovery is not normal, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to check, troubleshooting, and then try again, until it works normally. After a first day's operation, fasten nut all inspection.
