Correct order for each component of concrete batching plant

1)lift pump in the right position, connect the output pipes.

3)lifting cement silo and warehouse body bracket next few rungs side facing the powder batching systems, fixed upper and lower positions in the body Finally fixed anchor bolts.

4) finished material belt conveyor installation finished material belt conveyor from the bend to start the rear frame on its basis , connect the front and rear frame , and then front and rear legs and conveyors connected , bracing and rack lug connection is good, then lift the front of the conveyor , connect the front and rear legs and bracing , and finally the front and rear legs bolt fastening. 

5) mixing the powder batching system host and the host rack mounted lift , on its basis , its bolts tightened.
