In the use process ofconcrete batching plant, the debug problem plays an important role in the concrete batching plant, which can directly affect the normal operation of equipment.
 1. Check the lubricant oil in every reducer box and every lubricating part of forced type concrete mixer whether it is enough or not.
 
 
2. Check the power voltage: the extra voltage is 380V and the error of power voltage is ±10%.
 
3. According to the proportion of the required concrete, forced type concrete mixer can judge the volume of water supply and make an adjustment about the water supply time of time relay. Then start the mixing electric motor and make the compulsory concrete mixer work.

4. Regularly check the mixing electric motor of compulsory concrete mixer, the rotating direction of the two axle shafts should be same with the giving direction of the label on thecompulsory concrete mixer. If the direction is wrong, change the wiring of power supply.
