How to operate the concrete mixer correctly and safely
1. Press the mixing button of forced type concrete mixer and check whether the mixing shaft is rotating normally or not.
 
2. Add the aggregate, cement and sand into the hopper of concrete mixer and the feeding sequence of concrete mixer is stone, cement and sand.

3. Start the lifting electric motor of concrete and make the feed hopper rise to the top of track. When the mixing drum finishes discharging materials, the hopper should be operated to the lowest position of track immediately, which is convenient to the next cycle of feeding materials.
 
 4. Press the water supply system offorced type concrete mixer, and the water pump will begin to work. Users should add appropriate water to the mixing drum.
 
5. press the button of titling worm speed reducer after mixing for 25 to 30 minutes, and the mixing drum of concrete mixer will rotate a certain angle along the line of mixing shaft, which is driven by worm speed reducer. Then materials will be discharged from discharging mouth.
 
6. After concrete mixer finishes discharging, press the button of titling worm speed reducer, and the mixing drum will return to the working condition.
