There are two parts consisting of stationary concrete mixer: mixing drum and twin agitator shafts, then how to extend the mixer’s working cycle? Regular maintenance is necessary, then in the followings we give some suggestions on how to do maintenance?
1. Adjust the shovel piece and mixing drum will wear after working for a long time.
2. Regularly lubricate the bearing parts offorced type concrete mixer according to the use condition, and the reducer lubrication should be taken according to the product specification.
 3. Regularly check the seal condition of forced type concrete mixer, and if there is leakage phenomenon, timely check the quality of sealing gasket.
 4. Regularly check the fastening situation of concrete mixer shovel piece, and timely fasten it if loose.
 5. It is forbidden to put your hand or stick into mixing drum in the process of concrete mixer production to avoid dangers.
