Concrete batching plant’s control system

Different types of concrete batching plant has different control systems, there are various system types, now Bona introduce you two main types:
 1. Centralized double microcomputer control of commercial concrete batching plant: this control type can solve the human factors of interference measurement. It adopts special ingredients control instrument and makes the production control and management functions in two computers. Production control and report statistics of commercial concrete batching plant can be synchronized, and management computer can also be used as a backup machine which provides a network interface for higher level computer.
2. Centralized computer control of commercial concrete batching plant: this control type is to make the computer control and management functions into one computer, it has heavy duty and the statistics of report and data can not be synchronized in the production process.
