Checking Regulation of the transmission System of Concrete Mixer

The followings are the checking regulation of the transmission system of concrete mixer:
 1. The operation of the transmission system should be stable and the connection of every part should be reliable; the concrete mixer adopts gear transmission, the gear engagement is good, lateral clearance should not be bigger than 1.5-3mm, the radial clearance should not exceed 4-6mm and the radial runout of the big gear should not exceed 3mm; the radial runout of small gear should not be bigger than 0.05mm; the rubber jockey pulley and raceway of JZM series concrete mixer should contact well and there must be no runout and off tracking when the concrete mixer is operating.
  2. The belt of concrete mixer should be appropriate, the stress should be even and there must be no breakage.
 3. The trolley wheel and jockey pulley of feeding hopper should be in good condition. The abrasion of cement mixer should exceed the regulation.
4. There must be no noise in the reducer box of beton mixer. The sealing performance should be good and oil leakage is not allowed.
 5. As for the concrete mixer with tires, the tire pressure should conform to specification, the fixed bolts should be in good condition and there should be no loose phenomenon.  
6. The power transmission of clutch should be effective; the braking should be sensitive and reliable.
