Quality Identification of Concrete Batching Plant Equipment

The concrete mixing plant equipment is commonly used in infrastructure. Many users just know how to use concrete batching plantequipment, and they don’t know much about the quality of concrete batching plant equipment. let alone how to identify the quality of concrete batching plant they buy.     
 There are only several main parts for concrete batching plant. So, as long as the main parts have no quality problem, the whole concrete batching plant equipment will not have too serious quality problem.
  1. If aconcrete mixer has the self falling mixing drum, the diameter of discharging hole should be less than 1% of the diameter of feeding hole. Check the steel quality of vibrating screen mesh, the reasonable size of screen mesh and sieve pore and the installation accuracy of screen mesh.
  2. The operation of the transmission system should be flexible and there should be no strange sound. 
  3. As for belt conveyor, hopper elevator and cantilever dragline, the transmission should be smooth, the operation should be flexible and the braking should be reliable. The strange noise and card chain are not allowed. 
 4. The examination of measuring system is of great importance and check the sensitivity and accuracy of measuring system.
  5. Pay attention to the temperature on the reducer. The temperature should conform to qualified book.
  6. The charging and discharging of measuring hopper should be fluent and have no buildup and overflow phenomenon.
  7. No air leakage for safety valve.
  8. The cement silo is qualified. 
  9. Reasonable installation of matching line and correct installation of equipment.
