Keep the Driving Device of Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant Intact and Reliable

  The function of the driving device is to drive the concrete storage tank rotate, which is composed of power takeoff, cardon shaft, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, operating valve, hydraulic oil tank and cooling device.

Because it is of great importance whether the driving device is reliable or not, which should be paid much attention, the followings should be done well in order to keep the driving device intact and reliable. 
1. The cardon rotating part is the component that is easy to break down and it is necessary to add lubricating grease on time, check the abrasion condition frequently, and replace and repair it in time. On the truck, there is the spare cardon shaft, which can guarantee to recover to work in tens of minutes once the YHZS series mobile concrete mixing plant malfunctions.
 2. The hydraulic oil should be clean. Because the working environment of concrete mixer truck is bad, it is necessary to prevent the dirty water and sediment from entering into the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the instruction manual. Once operators find that the hydraulic oil has water or sediment, shut down the mobile concrete batching mixing plant immediately, clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. The cooling system of hydraulic system should be effective. Clean the radiator of hydraulic oil in the mobile concrete batching plant at regular intervals, which can avoid the cement blocking of radiator. Operators should check whether the electric fan of radiator rotates normally and prevent the temperature of hydraulic oil from exceeding the standard. As long as operators keep the hydraulic oil clean in the hydraulic part, generally, there are not too much faults for the hydraulic system.
