As the time of using compulsory concrete mixer increases, it is of great importance of simple maintenance. The followings are some simple daily maintenance methods of compulsory concrete mixer produced by Bona Enterprise.
Every time when the total volume of concrete produced by compulsory concrete mixer arrives at 41000 to 50000 cubic meters, in order to eliminate potential safety hazard and guarantee the daily normal operation, it is necessary to do simple maintenance work for compulsory concrete mixer.
In order to ensure the safety of compulsory concrete mixer in the process of use, what kinds of inspection items do Bona operating personnel should do?
1. Check the bearings whether there is oil leakage phenomenon. If there is the phenomenon, timely change bearing sealing components.
2. Frequently clean the remaining materials adhering to the machine. If there are abrasion places, please weld up them quickly.
3. Check whether the axle of electric motor needs to be added lubricant oil.
4. Check the terminals of the electric cabinet of compulsory concrete mixer whether they are loose. If necessary, fasten it. Keep the power distribution cabinet clean.
5. When the mixture is not very ideal, check whether it is necessary to change the mixing blades and lining plate.
6. When the compulsory concrete mixer is mixing and the rotation of concrete mixer has noises, check the bearings and mixing shaft whether they are damaged or check whether the agitator tank is blocked.
