YHZS25 batching plant’s Working Process

1. Aggregate bins are filled with several aggregates. Then aggregates are delivered to concrete mixer by belt conveyor.
2. Cement is sent to concrete mixer through screw conveyor.
3. Water and additive enter in concrete mixer by pumps.
4. Concrete mixer begins to work after materials delivery finishes.

Advantage

It is easy to be installed without foundation and can be dragged from one work site to another. It takes only one day to install the plant and then put it into produce.
