Cement mixer machine operation procedures

1. Test unloaded Cement mixer equipment before operation.

2. Cut the power off  then adjust timing relay according to mixing time.
 
3. Use wet concrete  mixing  machine drum and mixing  blade.

4. Any electrical or mechanical failure, we should discharge semi-finished concrete to lighten the load. When finish trouble shooting restart the mixing equipment.

5. Regularly check all concrete mixer parts in case of an electric shock and mechanical injury accidents.

6. When finish test shut off the power and clean up the mixing drum and working site.
