No Details No Success. Concrete mixer cleaning is a very important process for concrete mixer normal operation. To keep correct cleaning process should pay more attention to the following notices.
First, maintain specified-in-detail items at fixed period, such as cleaning, lubricating and refueling.
Second, Before start-up of each shift, check if various motion parts are normal. After shutdown, pour water and stones into concrete mixing tube, cleaning for ten to 15 minutes, then clear out them. Before the operator step into concrete mixing tube to clean, turn off power source and unload fuse cutout, paying particular attention to lock the switch box.
Third, to remove concrete left in mixing tube, no sledgehammer, chisel only.
Forth,in the freezing winter, use water to clean concrete mixing drum, put a net pump, tank and pipe with water horse against frost damage
